Mighzal Pvt. Ltd Developing Leaders
The three-day training programme was held by Ms. Havrah Kumail (CEO Mighzal Pvt. Ltd.), Ms. Nafisa Zanzibarwala (Certified Master Trainer) and assisted by Ms. Rashida Mufaddal (Helen O’Grady Trained Instructor) at Mighzal Head Office (Helen O’Grady Studio, Shahrah e Faisal)
It was conducted for aspiring leaders in their field of work. We had participants from various corporate and education sector.
The content of the training focused on:
– Leadership Qualities,
– Leadership Styles,
– Soft Skills
– and Communication Skills
All three days were very interactive, relevant activities supported the content for better understanding. It also implicated how the participants can use their learnt skills and styles in their work place.
It was a wholesome learning experience, from finalizing content to its execution, each step was thoroughly enjoyed as we tried to introduce blended techniques along with our signature Helen O’Grady methods to help participants aspire being individuals who can lead.
The diversity of participants also helped us bring out the best of ourselves as we tried to make their inclusion our first priority.
The training session concluded with a “Parliament Debate” where they had to display all the skills learnt during the three-day training.
Overall, the participants were very involved and focused throughout the three days and gave very positive feedback of the training.
